I have used Alli before my daughter's wedding. I read the book and followed the instructions and never had any side effects. The people that have had the side effects can complain about the pill all you want, but if you are having those side effects then you are not following the instructions properly and you are over eating. I have lost quite a bit of weight on them and am very happy. some of these people are bashing it because they just want to stuff themselves and think they can just take a pill after over eating and the fat will fall off. If you are going to take these pills then follow the directions and stop complaining about the side effects because they are your fault. I am very very pleased with the results.

ive only just started taking Alli but i did read the book first and i did do the meal planning and as many reviews that i have read and i agree, if you actually do as the book says follow it count the fat and the calories take the pills at the correct times, its succesful and there is no toilet running incidents. if your having problems then the food intake is not correct with the eye still on the calorie intake and even if you follow your fat guide allowance but you have not decreased your portion sizes then off course your going to be running to the toilet, they dont print the books for fun..follow it properly and work it out properly and it will be succesful

alli doesn't work. it gives you ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE side effects or "treatment effects" as they call em. doesnt teach you how to be healthy. this is just a big money scheme.
