Bottom Line
People complain the diet pushes too much red meat and cheese. Although Atkins was a big deal back in the day, it’s just not in the same league with today’s top diets like Nutrisystem or Medifast Diet.

I started this diet 1 week ago I have modified the induction part because i am a breast feeding mother. I basically switched my carbs from bread/potatoes/junk to veggies I am down 10 pounds its a change of eating and Ur individual life style even though I am not completely following the inducttions to a t I have had a fast boost in energy I never feel bloated and I'm healthier for my baby I LOVE THIS DIET!
