This is truly a diet, that makes you forget you are on a diet. The food is absolutely delicious, and if you happen to come across a meal that does not suit your palate, you can call customer service, and ask for that meal to not be shipped anymore. Customer service will keep a list of your likes and favorites, which is unheard of otherwise! It is convenient, which I as a busy mother of four do really appreciate. It is easy to find a program that suits you and your lifestyle with Bistro MD, as there are various options to choose from. But best of all is simply the quality and the taste of the food, not to forget about the variety of food! I feel like I am getting spoiled- crepe for breakfast- what is not to like?

Best Meal plan I have ever been on!! And I have tried a lot of different ones, none compare to how great the food tastes on this program!! I couldn't be happier about the service and the support I receive from BistroMD's Customer service. I never get bored with the food and it doesn't feel like I'm on a diet! Can't get better than this!!

after considering and trying some of the other programs available (i wont mention any names but the zone, jenny craig, etc) i calculated my spending on groceries, eating out and misc., and decided bistromd was actually a pretty good deal. what i wasnt prepared for was how much i would love the food! omg! always something different and always good. i dont eat red meat and they have been really good to me working around my preferences. i didnt have much to lose and lost the 15 lbs i wanted to lose within a couple of months. i have stayed on this program since then in a maintenance sort of way, and lost another 5 lbs. I love not only the food but the convenience, the helpful people who work at bistromd, and lets get real here, wearing a size 5 at 52 years old is pretty awesome!!
