glad that I read these first, I guess if even Kirstie Alley couldn't stay on it, how could we be expected to? I think I will try the old fashion way of watching what I eat and try a little exercise. thanks for saving me $$$

I went to JC about one year ago and only lasted for a 2 months. The food cost on average for a week was about 150.00 to 175.00 in addition to the initial start up. The councelors were over weight and claimed they had already lost several pounds, which I found very hard to believe. Every week I went at my appointed time, I had to wait at least 1/2 hour before I was seen. The food did not sit well with me and had to make many runs to the ladies room....
I have decided to just count my calories (1200) stay away from carbs and fat... Not must left to eat Ha Ha....
I wish all of you that are coping with this problem the best of luck and I know and believe you all are going to make your goals and be happy with yourselves regardeles....
