Hi there!

WHAT A GREAT DIET!!

Day 1 for me, and let me tell you, there is no girly girl in this program! It was hectic, but felt great after the workout! Did my 2nd cardio in the afternoon,and feel really good!

Well, another 29 days to go, sure it will be worth it!

Hope all you ladies out there have as much fun with this as me...
