My weight had soared to 186.6 pounds on my height of 5' 7". My joints were screamimg for mercy. I am 58 years old. My cholesterol and triglycerides were elevated. We love RVing ; but my weight was causing painful trips. I joined Nutri System August 21, 2011. I am down 21 pounds. My joints are just mumbling now. The improvement just motivates my loyalty to Nutri System. Our 40 wedding anniversary is June 15 , 2012. Now, I look forward to our anniversary.

i just started on nutrisystem yesterday. the food is better than i thought it would be. i really like the mushroom risotto. i love the convenience and price of the food. i will see how much i lose this time next week.
