I am going on my fourth week with Nutrisystem. I am down 11 pounds so far! I have done Jenny Craig as well, and it does work but at twice the cost. I also had to go to their centers to pick up my food and that wasn't always convenient. The online ordering and website, really helps to keep you motivated and no excuses like, "I couldn't get to the center to pick up my food" I have a ways to go, but I am well on my way! This program works if you stick to it.

I just purchased the Nutrisystem plan for diabetics. I am so excited, for my goal is to lose 50 lbs., and I would like to get off of insulin. I joined the gym a month ago, but I needed an eating plan that would teach me a life skill. I will take one day at a time, and I will be successful! I will keep you posted with my progress. Until then, keep me in your prayers, for it will be needed. I wish all of you nothing but success!

On August 11, 2009, I started Nutrisystem. Since then I have had great success with the program. In the first month I lost 25 lbs. As of November 11, 2009, I have dropped 40.1 lbs! I started doing this program when my doctor was going to put me on high cholesterol medication. In August 2009 I had a total cholesterol reading of 212 and in November 2009 I dropped it to 163. That is nearly 50 point drop in 3 months. My doctor was very pleased. I need things to be simple and easy to prepare and Nutrisystem is great for people who like convenience. Everything is prepackaged and properly portioned. It is pretty easy to follow and I don’t feel hungry at all.
