After being overweight my whole life, I decided to try Nutrisystem and be "fit by 50". My husband said he would do it with me.

Yesterday was our one year anniversary on it. My husband lost 75 pounds and I lost 90. I went from a size 20 to an 8. My husband a 40 pant to a 32. It has been the easiest thing I have ever done. We are on the weekends-off program so we still eat out on both days but try to eat healthier. We have started to exercise and that has obviously helped. We are staying with the program as maintenance and have just added extra calories so as not to keep losing.

I would recommend the program to anyone who is thinking about it. And I'm only 48!

I went on NutriSystem to lose 10 pounds - started in October 2010 and by end of November I had lost 13 to 14 pounds. Now I maintain myself and back to eating regular food but in moderation. I took NutriSystem for two months only and it did wonders.

on my second day of Nutrisystem and yes i checked the scale. down a pound. anxious to see how this goes. ....have tried other things lately and finally thought i would see what the glycemic thing is all about......maybe that is the ticket for me. have been doing body by vi shakes for a few months which resulted in lost inches ....along with curves but i just can't handle continuing drinking 2 shakes a day. scale never budged.....anxious to see if the scale budges along with losing inches......cruise in may and i would like to feel better about pictures then. my sister ordered too ..but she hasn't gotten her stuff yet. good to see other people cheat at times and still lose. ....and interesting to see everyone's journey is different.
