I started NS a few days ago. Today is day 3. I haven't checked my weight but I feel optimistic considering the good reviews I've read about weight loss. I tried Jenny Craig a few times and always lost weight really good with them but picking up the food every week and the cost was just too much after the long run. I loved the Jenny food and it tastes much better than NS but NS isn't that bad. So far I like all the food I've tried. It's smaller in portion than Jenny but also less calories around 50 cals less. The major plus so far is the convenience of having it shipped only once a month and it's cheaper. I can't speak on weight loss yet., I'll give it a month and see how it goes. Thanks everyone.

Nutrisystem saved my life, I have always been overweight. I have tried every diet known to man and always failed. I started Nutrisystem on May 31 2010, and in less than a year I have lost 132.5lbs. I have gone from a size 22plus pants to a size 0, 3X shirts to a small. I feel great!!!!! I never feel like I am missing out on anything and the food is great. The program is easy and the support you receive from the online community is second to none!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been on Nutrisystem for 4 weeks now and am down 20 pounds. You find out quickly which of their foods you like and can adjust your autoship easily for the next time. The best thing is that you are not hungry and are not thinking about food all the time. It is miraculous! Small portions and yet you are satisfied. I don't know how they do it but it works!
