My two daughters and I started the nutrisystem diet April 10th and the first week my 19 year old lost 9 pounds, I lost 7 and my 21 year old lost 7.

The food is really great considering it's a "diet". We are pretty amazed at how good most of the food is including the deserts. We had considered Jenny Craig but after reading the reviews which were not that great plus having to sign a contract with Jenny Craig, we opted for Nutrisystem (no contract) and couldn't be happier.

It's so easy to just pick the foods you want to order and two days later they arrived, how much easier could it be?! We've all stayed true to our daily plan plus we enjoy the special Nutrisystem site that has lots of variety and allows you to keep track of everything plus support groups as well. This Thursday will mark our 2nd week and we have no plans of turning back.

We're determined and Nutrisystem is the best decision we've made together in a long time.
