Hi,
This is the second time I am on the Nutrisystem plan and I still feel Nutrisystem is the most effective diet out of all the ones I have tried. The first time I was on Nutrisystem, I lost 25 lbs in 2 months however I lost focus and thought I could eat anything after I reached my goal weight. This time I have lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks so far and I am still losing. I find that Nutrisystem has improved my complexion as well. I have bad skin and with the water I am incorporating in my diet my skin is clear and glowing.

Nutrisystem food is very good. I have to be on a low sodium diet due to high blood pressure and I am also a sweet tooth junkie. My blood pressure has been normal and I look forward to the desserts as a night treat.

This plan was well put together and it works. Thank you
