Hi,my name is sandy,love the diet but i changed one thing that works better for me I found some one who makes raw food juices and frezes them so i can have a fresh raw juice each day what i found is i get 3 lbs of vegies each day and do not have to stuff myself with greens I feel much lighter and my digestion is better,hope that helps. Sandy
