My neurologist told me about the Sonoma diet and suggested I try it (I have MS) She said it would be good for me and it would help me because it had recipes and you ate healthy and it had not much processed food which is bad for my MS so I tried it and I have lost over 35 lbs and my MS is better the pain is better controlled by not eating processed foods ! Plus after eating fresh it is so hard to go out to eat I only want frsh foods and I want to know how they prepare it and I ask all kinds of questions and for my salads I only want my own fresly made dressings !
