Okay...so I have been on the diet for 3 days. I have lost 4 lbs so far. I am hungry all the time though and I pee constantly.
The food is good..it is what I normally eat (minus the carbs!) but I have cheated on the beer/wine. I am a wine professional so having wine on a daily basis is part of my job..no getting around it. I have cut waaaaaaaaaaaaay back though.
Is anyone else hungry all teh time? I am wondering if it is a psychological thing?

I have been on South Beach for 3 weeks now, and have enjoyed it all, yes it is time consuming, but it is worth it. As of to date I have lost 11 pounds, my goal is 40lbs by Aug. and I have gone down 1 size. If you can hang in there through the 1st Phase, you have it made.
I spend more time in the kitchen on my feet moving around fixing meals and snacks, then sitting in front of the TV eating chips and nuts and popcorn and whatever else I can find.

I like their diets and I like their foods; convenient, tasty and not necessarily for dieting. I know they have this new fiber fit granola bars with Mocha and S'mores flavors ohh.. to die for lol. The bars are covered with real chocolate coating, high in fiber and less sugar than any other bars. have you tried it? I'm not worry about this sweets, cus I know most of their foods can help me to manage my weight and my losses.
