I've been on southbeach for over a month now and have seen great results. I am very happy with the diet and do experience cravings for sugar and unhealthy carbs once in a while. However, 3 weeks into the diet I experienced extreme abdominal pain that was being misdiagnosed as possible appendicitis or colitis. After ultrasounds and doctors, they have said that the pain was from the diet. The pain is going away.... Otherwise I'm getting "you look great" compliments from my co-workers and friends....
