Five years ago I did the South Beach Diet and lost 46 pounds. I kept it off for several years. Then because of stress, I allowed myself to make bad food choices, and gained it back. This time I'm back on it and have lost 10 pounds in 15 days. South Beach DOES work - but you have to make a decision to eat healthy and not slip back into former bad food choices which you've made in the past. We are what we eat!
