The points-based method of Weight Watchers is outdated and doesn’t go far enough to promote healthy lifestyle changes. For better success, stick with diets like Nutrisystem or Medifast Diet.

I have been on and off with Weight watchers. I must have probably spend close to $1,000 dollars just buying the books and spending money on the meetings. After you keep on joining it gets old. You say ehhhh I can just do it again.

WELL, I started Nutrisystem, I LOVE IT! It's worth the money. I know 4 ppl now who have lost weight with Nutrisystem. Their customer service is very nice. So far I am down 25 pounds in 2 months.
